Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Lead in addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Manage high volumes of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Communication Skills:
Work with or without a script, maintaining call control.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
Access resources for accurate inquiry handling.
Sales and Quality Management:
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Actively participate in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Task Management:
Skillfully transition between tasks without loss of efficiency.
Multi-task using multiple systems per client's working environment.
Training and Professionalism:
Successfully complete all training sessions.
Communicate effectively with patience and understanding.
Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
Attendance and Punctuality:
Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality at all scheduled times.
Qualifications
Experience:
1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
1 year of previous call center or office background experience required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Technical Skills:
Technical savvy (able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors if required).
Remote Work Skills:
Previous remote work from home experience a plus.
Quick learner and able to work independently.
Typing Skills:
Type 35 words per minute accurately.
Communication Skills:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
A background check with state and federal laws is required.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
